Balotra Waste Management Project (BWMP) belongs to Re Sustainability Limited and started its operations in October 2011 as a world class Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility (CHW-TSDF) to manage Hazardous waste disposal. The project was awarded by Rajasthan Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (RIIDCO) to Re Sustainability Limited through global tendering and is set up on an area of about 30 acres.

The facility has Temporary waste stores, Intractable waste stores, Secured landfill, Autoclave, Shredder, Stabilization/treatment facility and an Incinerator with 100% power backup facilities.

Transportation of Hazardous Waste is arranged by BWMP with the help of specially designed vehicles.

The facility is equipped with a Hi-Tech laboratory enabling comprehensive analysis of solid waste, water, and wastewater. It is well equipped with all sophisticated instruments required for the analysis prescribed by governing authorities. The laboratory periodically monitors the ground water, surface water, air, noise, soil, and stack emissions within its premises.
